We only use San Marzano tomatoes, which are paired perfectly with our Neapolitan methods of pizza making. San Marzano tomatoes are D.O.P recognised – meaning they are produced, processed and packaged in Campania, ensuring their authentic and ethical cultivation remains protected.

Our pizza dough is made of ‘00’ grade flour: the highest quality of flour produced from the finest selection of grains sourced globally. This gives our dough greater elasticity, making it more digestible due to its healthy gluten content.

The fior di latte and D.O.P buffalo mozzarella we responsibly source are imported from Campania, freshly made without any preservatives
